    These cranes are inspired by the wedding tradition of folding 1,000 origami cranes to decorate for a wedding. Sometimes the couple will fold these cranes themselves. Other times, they will be a gift from the bride’s father. Folding a crane takes time, patience, and understanding—qualities that are vital for a marriage to last and thrive. Carving them from stone is no different.
